  This week, add this quick cardio burst to your day.  Jumping jacks burn calories, they improve your strength and endurance, exercise your muscles and are convenient to do anywhere.  Start this week strong!! I love salad.  It is such a yummy side dish to most meals.  This is one of my favorite combos and I want to share it with you so you can enjoy it!  Ingredients Salad: 6-8 cups green leaf lettuce (I use spinach and/or romaine lettuce) 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries 1/2 cup walnuts 1 cup feta cheese Dressing: 2 TBSP granulated sugar 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar 1 garlic clove, minced 1/4 TSP salt 1/4 TSP paprika 1/8 TSP cayenne pepper 1/2 cup olive oil   Directions Salad: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Does anyone out there have a garden at their house?  I dream of the day I can grow all of my own fruits, vegetables and herbs.  I need some ideas and tips from you to help me make it a reality!  I have an idea for how I want it to look and where it can go in my backyard.  However, in the past, most plants I try to water and keep alive on my own...well, they end up dying because I'm terrible at keeping them alive.  I don't know if they are watered too much or too little, too...
