Water Challenge

We haven't done one of these in a long time.  Since it is starting to heat up quite bit here and other place, I thought we could use a water challenge.  Sometimes getting enough water during the day can be quite challenging.  I love water, but I am guilty of drinking more coffee and tea during the day and choosing those drinks over water.  Even though I know water is best for me, I just can't seem to get enough caffeine!  I am sure some busy moms out there can relate! Full Body Cardio Challenge

Each day, after you complete your Healthy Body Guide workout, add this quick cardio circuit to help burn more calories.  Cardio is a great way to get your heart pumping and de-stress from your busy day.  The faster you move, the more calories you burn!   10 Burpees 10 Jumping Jacks 10 Mountain Climbers 10 Sit-Ups 10 Star Jumps 10 Push-Ups Repeat the cardio circuit 5 times.  Take a one minute rest between each set.

Yogurt Breakfast Bark

Here is a quick breakfast of snack option that you can make and enjoy anytime.  I love having this on hand.  It is easy to grab when I am hungry or the kids are hungry.  It is also super easy to throw together and there are so many yummy options!
