Full Body Cardio Challenge

Each day, after you complete your Healthy Body Guide workout, add this quick cardio circuit to help burn more calories.  Cardio is a great way to get your heart pumping and de-stress from your busy day.  The faster you move, the more calories you burn!  

10 Burpees

10 Jumping Jacks

10 Mountain Climbers

10 Sit-Ups

10 Star Jumps

10 Push-Ups

Repeat the cardio circuit 5 times.  Take a one minute rest between each set.
