Intense Challenge

I hope you are ready for this challenge.  I called it the intense challenge because I really couldn't think of a better way to describe it.  I am goal setter and I love to achieve my goals.  I find that for me, I push myself much harder when I have a goal to meet at the end.  I am going to set a timer each day and try to beat my workout time as I continue throughout the week.  I know I will push myself to beat the clock, you should too!  Here we go...


100 Crunches 

90 Jumping Jacks

80 Lunges

70 Squats

60 Second Sprint

50 Second Plank

40 High Knees

30 Tricep Dips

20 Second Wall Sit

10 Push- Ups


Woooo!!  That's a tough one!  Complete this entire round every day this week and feel yourself become stronger each day.
