Are you looking for a delicious and easy snack to eat?  I love making it in the beginning of the week and then eating it throughout the week.  Snacks that can be pre-made are the best.  It helps me be successful in eating healthy when I know that I already have a delicious snack ready for me.  I know that if I have to make the snack, it is easier (sometimes) to just grab something quick that isn't as healthy.  So, this is just perfect.  It is something that I can make Sunday afternoon and enjoy during the busy week...
