Thanksgiving Challenge

Happy Thanksgiving!!  I made a workout for you all to enjoy this week. I know so many travel and have family over so do this workout as much as you can this week, but enjoy your family time too!  You can grab some friends and family to complete it with you.  

 

1st Course:

 

50 Mountain Climbers

15 Push-Ups

30 Second Wall Sit

2nd Course:

10 Alternating Lunges

10 Burpees

25 Crunches

3rd Course:

60 Second Straight Arm Plank

40 Butt Kicks

20 Squats
