Who doesn't love all things pumpkin in the fall? As we enter this wonderful season, it can be hard to stay on track eating healthy. I like to try to find healthier alternatives to the sugary treats to still satisfy a pumpkin craving. This smoothie combines lots of delicious fall flavors all into one! 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
1 large banana (sliced)
3/4 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth. Times may vary depending on your blender.
3. Pour into a cup and enjoy this delicious treat!
