It should take you about 15 minutes total and I believe you can find 15 minutes to squeeze into your day to get this done! Challenge yourself to complete this Monday through Friday!
30 Squat Jumps
30 Seconds High Knees
30 Alternating Lunges (30 for each leg)
30 Seconds Jumping Jacks
30 Glute Bridges
30 Seconds Skaters
30 Donkey Kicks (30 for each leg)
30 Seconds Sprint
Repeat this sequence 3x with a one minute break between each set!
